I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel in Eschweiler! The location was perfect, right in the city center. It made it so easy for me to explore the area and enjoy all the amenities this place had to offer. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I also loved the sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. I was impressed with the variety of options at the breakfast buffet, from German meats and breads to fresh fruits and juices. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly luxurious.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. The location, service, and amenities were top-notch, making for a fantastic stay.

The breakfast was very good, large selection. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is very central, everything within walking distance.
In the bathroom there was no closed shower cabin, which led to a wet floor after showering.

I was offered a sensational breakfast for our taste. The staff were very-very nice and amiable people. Stunning location close to town centre made it easy to get to key attractions. And it was also just off the main square, and towns best restaurants and pubs.

Staff all very good. Clean, warm rooms. Handy location.
Towels far too small, very annoying! Noisy outside in early hours with rowdy partygoers and bin emptying. Wifi not reliable. Did I mention the size of the towels??

We had a pleasant stay at a Best Western hotel. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, just a short walk from the town centre and its restaurants. We also enjoyed the varied and excellent breakfast options. The secure underground parking gave us peace of mind. Cons: Nothing bothered me during my stay. 👍.
